Michael Adamson
Adamson’s paintings have also been described as “lush, colour-saturated abstractions that reveal an overall energetic exuberance. Exploring both gesture and materiality, he builds his canvases with every brushstroke, developing the layers through definite marks, drips and scrapings. Adamson seduces the viewer with textures and layers of paint, which at times are punctuated with dots of colour.”

Floyd Elzinga
Rotten stumps, broken branches, invasive species, ravaged trees as well as polar opposites and dysfunctional objects; these are the things that excite Floyd Elzinga. He has made a career out of highlighting and glorifying these through three dimensional sculpture, relief work and environmental installations for over 15 years. Current themes in his work focus on broken landscapes, portraits of trees and the aggressive nature of seeds.

Cynthia Chapman
Cynthia Chapman employs a wide spectrum of colours in her abstract paintings, alternating between bold expressionism and softer, calmer palettes. Chapman layers her compositions with a thick impasto, treading heavily along the horizon, which weaves in and out of their strategically placed blocks of colour. Chapman is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. In 2000 she was awarded the Solomon Painting Award. Upon her graduation in 2003, she received the Mrs. W.O. Forsyth Award.

Kimberly Danielson
Kimberly Joy Danielson has a BFA from the Ontario College of Art in drawing and painting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from McMaster University, a medical degree from McMaster University, with a specialization in psychiatry and psychoanalysis.
Danielson’s current body of work emerges as a culmination and synthesis of a lifelong practice of painting, psychoanalysis, and exposure to the colours, traditions, and handicrafts of Västerbotten Sweden and Telemark Norway, her cultural heritage. There is a strong tradition of beautifully woven textiles, carved wooden objects sometimes vibrantly painted, as well as birch root and birch bark baskets and knapsacks.
Angela Bontempo
Angelina Bontempo is a contemporary artist whose work falls within the realm of Automatism art. She is of Italian descent and has been living and working in Grimsby, Ontario for the past 32 years. Angelina’s passion for art and creativity had grown as a strong part of her identity most of her life. Her greatest source of inspiration is in the contrast between light and dark which often exploits her pieces. Each one of her paintings have a deep connection to her and serve as a reminder of her emotional journey at the time they were created.

Joseph Drapell
Drapell achieved his first artistic breakthrough in 1974 with the Great Spirit Paintings at Jared Sable Gallery in Toronto. Since then he has participated in numerous solo exhibitions throughout Canada. His work is included in private and public Canadian and international collections, for example, at the The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Gallery, Prague, and Albright-Knox Art Gallery.

Patricia Gagic
Patricia is an accomplished international contemporary artist and an award-winning author. Patricia exhibited with BB International Fine Arts in Switzerland with her work accepted at art fairs in Geneva, Berlin, France, Austria, Zurich, London United Kingdom and Seoul, Korea. In 1999, she began her solo mentorship with Master artist Dragan Dragic in Sovoillan, France.
