JOHN MANN GALLERY PRESENTS THE EXPRESSION 2024 EXHIBITION
St. Catharines, ON – March 27, 2024 – The John Mann Gallery is thrilled to announce its upcoming exhibition, Expression 2024 opening on Saturday, April 20, 2024. This exhibition will showcase a diverse array of Canadian artists, highlighting the talent fostered through the Expression Project's partnership with Brock University, OCADU and the Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG). Together, we are proud to be fostering emerging and established artists alike.
The Expression Project, a collaboration between 13th Street Winery and the John Mann Gallery, aims to support Canadian artists through the proceeds generated from the sale of Expression wines. Each bottle of Expression wine contributes to the Expression Project fund, which in turn provides scholarships and awards for art students attending OCADU, Brock University, and the University of Ottawa.
The Expression Project is not only a celebration of art, but also a commitment to nurturing the next generation of artistic talent in Canada.
Meet the Artists! Join us on opening day, April 20th, from 2pm to 5pm for an exclusive opportunity to engage with the artists, including Expression Award recipients Nancy Ignoto, Isabella Saranchuk, Krit Sekhon and Madeline Richards along with a selected group of Brock University's 2024 graduating Visual Artists. Celebrate with us as we present the next 13th Street Winery Expression Award to a deserving Brock University art student.
