John Mann
Director / Owner
Co-owner of 13th Street Winery, John Mann and his wife have been collecting and living with art for over sixty years, both at home and at work. The Mann collection consists of over 300 works of art which include some of Canada’s most celebrated artists.
An entrepreneur and a philanthropist, John has spent 50 years expanding and growing the Performance Auto Group with his friend and business partner Cam Champion. Employing more than 400 full and part-time employees, Performance is a leading automotive company in Niagara and Southern Ontario, representing 16 of the most sought-after automobile manufacturers. Through the success of Performance, John’s philanthropic activities helped support many people and organizations in the region. These organizations include United Way, Brock University, Niagara College, Niagara Health System, Niagara Symphony, Music Niagara, Kiwanis, Niagara Children’s Centre, Child Advocacy Centre Niagara, the Performing Art Centre, Youth for Christ to name but a few.
In 2008, John and his wife June partnered with Doug and Karen Whitty to acquire 13th Street Winery. His vision to open an Art Gallery manifested on November 2, 2019 when 13th Street Gallery opened its doors. As the Director of Mann Gallery, John continues to be a strong supporter of the Arts and a visionary with the development of 13th Street’s Sculpture Garden.

Margie Galita
Gallery Manager / Curator
Margie Galita holds a certificate in sculpture/installation and a BFA from OCADU, she studied graphic communication management as well as public relations at Ryerson University.
After 5 years as a Gallery Assistant at Moore Gallery in Toronto, Margie worked with her entrepreneur brother managing a startup business that provided music and art classes. She later joined him in his advertising company as the Account and Project Manager. Her experiences with startups and small businesses have allowed her to wear many hats which has proven useful in managing Mann Gallery. Along with overseeing the day-to-day activities, Margie is responsible for organizing future exhibitions and steering the Gallery towards the Director’s visionary goals.

Patrick Sullivan
Director of Sales
With a strong background in sales, Patrick Sullivan has spent over 50 years in the luxury car industry overseeing millions of dollars of sales yearly. A master in building relationships with his clients, this friendly soul leaves a lasting impression on anyone he meets.
His rich experience has helped build the gallery’s client base, reaching world class international Fine Art collectors. An experience with Patrick will remind you that there is no time to waste when treating yourself to the finer things in life. Do not hesitate to call Patrick when looking for your next Art piece, he will make purchasing easy and eventful.

Paige Armstrong
Director Assistant
After graduating from Television Broadcasting, Paige Armstrong headed to Toronto to find his place in the film industry however, he ended up in the music industry instead. Playing guitar for well established Canadian artists such as Julie Black and Shakura S’Aida, Paige is grateful to have shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Eric Gales, Matt Schofield, Philip Sayce, Ricky Tillo (Lady GaGa), Scott McKeon (Tom Jones), Ronnie Backer Brookes, Booker T.,Lee Oscar (War), Leroy Emmanuel (LMT Connection), Donna Grantis (Prince), AI Webster (Jeff Healey), ChrisCaddell (Colin James), Nick Schnebelen (Trampled Under Foot), Brooke Blackburn, Vintage Trouble, Brothers Landreth and many more.
His musical experience has brought him to over 50 cities and 5 continents around the world as well as living in the UK and Dubai. As the Director Assistant, Paige wears many hats. He is a huge asset with creating a presence on social media, documenting and photographing artwork, shipping and handling artworks, installing exhibitions, as well as client relations and selling art. On occasion, Paige will perform at 13th Street Winery so be sure to come out and watch him perform during the summer season.
