Collection: Andrew Judd

Andrew Judd graduated from The Ontario College of Art majoring in Illustration. He worked in a commercial studio as well as being a freelance illustrator before making the transition to painting full-time. Andrew and his wife lived in Vienna, Austria for several years where he enjoyed painting the city’s beautiful cafes. Europe was a very transformative experience for Andrew, leaving a profound and indelible mark on his painting style.

He has been recognized and awarded for his beautiful Plein Air paintings by Plein Air Magazine four times, winning from 2021 to 2023 Top 100 finalist as well as the 2022 Grand Cran Artist of the year award in Bala Muskoka Lakes, Ontario, and the 2021 Second prize for works on canvas by McMichael En Plein Air Competition in Kleinburg, Ontario.
