Jacquie MacInnes is a retired teacher and administrator of 35 years and is now living in the Niagara Region. Since her retirement, she has been developing her creative skills and exploring her artistic journey. She became a member of the Canadian Figurative Artists and worked with fabric, paper figures and shapes. Mostly self-taught, Jacquie studied Floral Design at the Garden Clubs of Ontario for three years and became a floral design judge.
“I am learning to apply the same principles and elements of design as I venture into the mediums of watercolours and acrylics.”
