Janice Low is a visual artist, a painter and photographer. Originally from the Thousand Islands area, she lived many years in Winnipeg where she raised her family and had her professional career in education. Her art studies and activities were with the Winnipeg Art Gallery, Cre8ery Gallery, Norman Art Group and the Manitoba Camera Club. There she participated in numerous exhibitions at Great West Life Corporate Headquarters, the Blankstein Gallery, Cangene Corporation, Norman Art Group Shows and the Cre8ery Gallery.

Since relocating to the Niagara region, she has been active with the St. Catharines Photo Club, Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre, Parkway Artists Guild, St. Catharines Art Association, RiverBrink Art Museum, Niagara Falls Art Gallery, Dundas Valley School of Art, Rosberg Gallery, Objects to Desire in Grimsby, Niagara Plein Air Group, Niagara Poets and Painters, the City of Niagara Falls Night of Art and Annual Art Show where her painting entitled “She Waits” earned First Place.
