Sydney Bolton is a graduate from Brock University’s Marilyn I Walker School of Fine & Performing Arts. She grew up in a lively town near Buffalo where she found solace in nature and the wildlife around her. COVID-19 and the loss of her father have had a profound impact on her and her art practice. This pivotal moment ignited a newfound passion for creating a fantastical world full of magic. Grounded in realism yet interwoven with elements of surrealism and subtle abstraction, Sydney’s artistic style gives rise to whimsical, where the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
