About Jody Clement
Jody Clement exhibited at the John Mann Gallery SQUARE FOOT 2024 exhibition, SEVEN 2024 exhibition.
Jody Clement currently lives and works in Toronto, Ontario. She received her degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University and has been working as an Art Director in the film and television industry for the last 23 years. As a creative outlet and inspired by her travels throughout Canada, Jody has been using coloured pencils to portray our country’s picturesque landscape. Jody’s unique style uses fine-line masking that she developed by starting with small, simple compositions of geometric coloured shapes, that evolved into larger, complex landscapes.
Jody has exhibited in various group shows in galleries such as the Blue Crow Gallery in Toronto and Westland Gallery in London, Ontario. She participated in the Canadian Landscape Exhibition in honour of the Group of Seven member, Franklin Carmichael at the Orillia Museum of Art & History as well as the Artist Project in 2023.
